The ultimate aim of the Students’ Unions is to promote and defend the interests of all students as part of their training at ENSEA and their future integration as statisticians in the professional world. At ENSEA, the main union that federates all the others is the Students and Trainees Union (AES).
The term ”Alumni of ENSEA” refers to all the graduates of the school since its creation in 1961. To date, it has more than 4000 graduates from all over the world. It is a strong network thanks to the variety of its members and their expertise.
Aware of the need to strengthen friendship relations, fraternity and solidarity between employees, and also aware of the difficulties that each employee may face in the near or distant future, ENSEA staff met in a constituent General Assembly on 25 May 1989 and decided to create a mutual governed by Law No 60-315 of 21 September 1960 on Associations and Mutuals. The mutual is thus called the Staff Mutual of the Abidjan School of Statistics, abbreviated as MUPESA in French.
