ENSEA Doctoral School brings together two research teams: the Applied Macroeconomics Research Unit (CERMEA) and the Population and Development Cluster (POP-DEV). Students from the Doctoral School may be welcomed by one of the teams covering the four training areas of the Schools, according to the themes covered. The research teams offer them a workspace, provide for the purchase of books, software, partially finance their travel and, in general, are responsible for the working conditions of doctoral students.


ENGINEERING PROGRAMME
Senior Statisticians-Economists are dedicated to the collection, design and analysis of statistical and economic information. Their training covers three academic years and includes both theoretical courses and practical work in the field as part of internships in companies or in public, parastatal or international institutions.

SENIOR STATISTICIANS (I.T.S)
Senior Statisticians are intended to participate in all the tasks assigned to statisticians. They are collectors, designers, analysts and disseminators of statistical production. Their training lasts two academic years and includes theoretical courses, tutorials and practical work in the field, as part of internships in companies or in public, parastatal or international institutions.

MASTER'S DEGREE
This Master’s degree is a double degree open to students in the ENSEA Senior Statistician-Economist (ISE) programme, as well as the HEA programme of INP-HB. Students who have chosen this course will have the double degree: ISE and Actuary of ISFA of Lyon.

MASTER'S DEGREE
The opening of a special cycle to build the capacity of experienced professionals working in the field of agricultural statistics respond to the need to strenghten the human resources capacities of these service. This cycle is part of the implementation of the training component of the Africa Action Plan of the Global Strategy for the Improvement of Agricultural and Rural Statistics, supervised by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa. The training duration last 12 months.

MASTER'S DEGREE
The Master in Data Science aims to train experts in the field of Statistics, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data. It will allow them to appropriate an engineering based on new developments in massive data storage and processing. These courses are given at the Data Institute at INP-HB in Yammoussoukro and internships in companies are held in Abidjan. The Master in Data Science is intended for holders of a Baccalaureate degree + 3 (12th Grade Certificate + 3 years of tertiary studies), a Master 1 or Master 2. Two profiles can apply for this training: Statistical profile and IT profile.

ADVANCED TECHNICIANS PROGRAMME
Assistants Statistical Officers are application managers whose role is to produce statistics and supervise field investigators. Their training covers two academic years and includes theoretical courses, tutorials and two months of practical field experience.

ADVANCED TECHNICIANS PROGRAMME
Statistical Officers are executing agents of the statistical system. Delivered in one academic year, the curriculum includes both courses, tutorials and a month of practical field experience. The objective of this cycle is to give students a basic knowledge of the statistical method and, above all, to get them familiar with statistical production.
