A delegation of the French Engineering Titles Conferment Commission, (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur, CTI) composed of four members began on Monday, May 20, 2019, the audit of ENSEA of Abidjan in order to obtain the EUR-ACE label for the Senior Statistician Economist training programme.
An independent body, mandated by French law since 1934 to evaluate all engineering education and training programmes, to develop the quality of training, to promote the title and profession of engineer in France and abroad, CTI according to the EUR-ACE label standard which includes five criteria evaluates ENSEA on the :
- (1) Objective of the training;
- (2) Learning process;.
- (3) Resources ;
- (4) Admission, Entry and Validation of the diploma;
- (5) Internal quality assurance.
with a view to the accreditation of the Senior Statisticians Economist (ISE) programme.
During this evaluation exercise, the Director, Mr KOUADIO Hugues presented the school and its training programmes. The presentation of the quality approach and research was made by Dr FE Doukouré, a lecturer-researcher at ENSEA, followed by a series of exchanges with business partners, former students, teachers and lecturer-researchers, institutional representatives, partner companies, ENSEA management and students before a guided tour of the institution.
This audit mission will take place over two days from 20 to 21 May 2019, with the accreditation of the Senior Statistician Economist (ISE) training programme as a key element.
