After her working session on Monday 30 January 2023 with her Ivorian counterpart within the framework of a visit to share experiences on the strategic management of the process of carrying out the General Population and Housing Census, the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation of Guinea ENSEA on Tuesday 31 January 2023.

At the heart of the discussions was the training of 33 Statistical Officers to support the next census in Guinea and the management of public administration through development strategy offices. In the long term, it is a matter of strengthening the Guinean statistical system with the training of 150 statisticians in collaboration with ENSEA in Abidjan, which has extensive experience in strengthening national statistical systems since 1998.

The Minister Rose Pola Pricemou also met with Guinean students being trained at ENSEA. A mission to prepare Guinean candidates for the 2023 entrance examinations will be organised very soon.

The visit ended with a guided tour of the ENSEA premises.
