Former French Prime Minister,Jean-Pierre RAFFARIN visited Dr. Hugues KOUADIO, Director of ENSEA in Abidjan, on Friday, 3 March 2023, as part of a high-level training course for auditors of the Institut de Formation Politique – Amadou Gon Coulibaly.

He was accompanied by Professor Frédéric ESPOSITO, political scientist, co-founder and Director of the Observatoire universitaire de la sécurité (OUS) within the GSI.
