On Thursday, May 5, 2022, Issouf SOUMARÉ, Full Professor of Finance at Laval University, Canada, met with lecturer-researchers from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée (ENSEA) in Abidjan to share experiences during an awareness workshop on the publication of research papers organized by the Department of Doctoral Training and Research.

This activity, which is part of the ENSEA-ACE project, aimed to strengthen the research system and stimulate scientific publication with a view to publication in peer-reviewed journals. In addition, the Director of ENSEA, Dr. Hugues KOUADIO, presented the possibilities of support for research and urged researchers to be involved in achieving the objectives.

With more than 20 years of experience, specialized in financial engineering, international finance, development finance and risk management, Prof. Issouf SOUMARE is also the President of the Scientific Council of ENSEA in Abidjan. A graduate of the same school, he continues to provide support through this capacity building for the influence of the institution.
