ENSEA’s Management headed by Dr. Hugues KOUADIO, has initiated since a few months the implementation and continuous improvement of a Management System of Education/Training Organizations (SMOE) in reference to the ISO 21 001 standard.
In its vision to make ENSEA a Centre of Excellence of international renown for training and research in statistics and applied economics in Africa at the service of economic and social development, the Management has embarked on a certification process according to the international standard ISO 21001.
The objective is to ensure the compliance of the SMOE to the requirements of the ISO 21001 V 2018 standard and to assess the ability of the SMOE to achieve the performance set by ENSEA.
In light of the above, ENSEA Management has adopted an education/training policy based on the following four (4) issues:
- Achieing Excellence in Teaching/Learning
- Achieving Excellence in Research
- Achieving Excellence in Attractiveness and Equity
- Achieving Excellence in Management and Good Governance
In addition, ENSEA has requested the support of a quality process expert in order to accompany all of its services through the implementation of all actors, pilots and co-pilots of the Quality Management System necessary for ISO 21001 certification.
Certification is a conformity assessment process that results in written assurance that a product or service, issued by an independent body, complies with the standards and regulations in force.
