ENSEA and the Institute for Development in Economics and Administration (IDEA international) have signed a partnership agreement for capacity building in the fields of monitoring and evaluation and information systems. The two parties intend to jointly develop and implement a short training program leading to a university certificate on the monitoring-evaluation of public programs and information systems for decision-makers, managers of public programs and projects, and those responsible for monitoring-evaluation and information systems in Côte d’Ivoire and in the countries of the sub-region.
This partnership aims to contribute to the acceleration of reforms affecting the public sector, in particular through capacity building in monitoring and evaluation of the performance of public programs and projects
