Since 05 January 2015, a contract for the supply of internet links was signed, in order to define the terms and conditions under which MTN CÔTE D’IVOIRE undertook to supply ENSEA with telecommunications media for data transmission and related technical assistance.
MTN COTE D’IVOIRE undertook to deliver and install the equipment requested at the location indicated by ENSEA, in accordance with the Order Form attached hereto and in which the specifications relating to the services ordered were indicated. ENSEA was obliged to grant MTN CI free access to its premises for the purpose of supplying and installing the equipment provided by it.
