ENSEA agreed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with SEJEN, a data science company, in January 2018, enabling organisations to improve their performance through robust implementation of predictive analytics data and solutions for better decision making.
This protocol was intended to establish a framework for any contract between the two parties:
- The implementation of service provision for the support of an analytical data centre to be operated from the Ivory Coast;
- The development and implementation of training programmes in the general area of data science and related disciplines;
- The implementation of certification programmes in data science and related disciplines;
- The execution of consultancy services in data science and related disciplines.
