Signed on 06 July 2017, the agreement between the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée (ENSEA) of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire and the World Trade Organization (WTO) on the joint organization of a Regional Trade Policy Course (RTPC) for government officials from French-speaking African countries.

ENSEA was committed to providing the necessary premises for the duration of the course; responsible for the logistical and administrative aspects, namely:

  • Academic coordination of the RTPC;
  • Administrative coordination of the RTPC and additional staff, if any;
  • Management of training facilities, including the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies;
  • Payment of daily subsistence allowances to participants
  • Setting up and managing a virtual classroom for the RTPC

 

The World Trade Organisation (WTO) is responsible to:

  • Designate its staff to participate in the joint conduct of the RTPC;
  • Covering the travel, accommodation and health insurance costs, as well as the allowances of all RTPC participants.
