We are delighted to announce the training of the second cohort in Public Policy Evaluation, aimed at civil servants and public sector professionals in Côte d’Ivoire.
This course has been developed by the École Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Économie Appliquée ENSEA in Abidjan and J-PAL, the Abdul Latif Jameel Laboratory for Action against Poverty, which has specialised in impact evaluation for 20 years. It combines three face-to-face training events with an online course from the MicroMasters Data, Economics and Design of Policy programme with MITx, an online training platform from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The course is accredited by J-PAL and ENSEA, and aims to train participants in the key concepts of impact evaluation, while instilling a culture of evidence in the design and implementation of development policies.
